Making Recycling as Easy as Shopping


Based on the client’s goals, we’ve designed the user experience flow, developed a behavior-change strategy using digital nudges and rewards, and created a phased marketing plan to scale the system across key U.S. markets.


This is an ongoing project currently in development, where we are continuing to refine the app features, test user engagement strategies, and collaborate with stakeholders to prepare for pilot implementation.
